Where we come to
Barrie and the townships around it, out to Orillia, Alliston, Bradford, Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. Same price everywhere.
No distance surcharges anywhere on this list.
We are based in the northeast of Barrie. How far we are from you changes the scheduling, but it does not change the price.
Barrie and the surrounding townships are close enough that we can usually react on the day you call. Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Essa and Innisfil all fall into that group.
The further towns run on planned route days. We set a day, fill it with bookings across that area, and hold everyone a firm arrival window. It costs a few days of notice and nothing else.
Same-day area
Barrie, Innisfil, Springwater, Oro-Medonte and Essa. Most bookings placed in the morning can be done that day, and next-day is close to guaranteed.
Route-day area
Orillia, Alliston, Bradford, Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. We run planned days to each of these. Tell us your address and rough availability, and we will put you on the next one and hold a window.
Not sure if you are covered? Call and ask. If we cannot serve your address reliably we will tell you straight, rather than take a booking and cancel it the day before.
Service area questions
Do you charge more for addresses further from Barrie?
No. Every area we list is charged at the same published price. Distance changes how we schedule, not what you pay: the far towns run on planned route days rather than same-day call-outs.
My town is not on the list. Can you still come?
Ask. The list covers where we go regularly and where we can commit to a reliable schedule. If you are just outside it we may be able to fit you onto an existing route day, and if we genuinely cannot we will say so instead of taking the booking and cancelling.
What is the difference between same-day and route-day areas?
Barrie and the townships around it are close enough that we can react on the day. Orillia, Alliston, Bradford, Wasaga Beach and Collingwood are far enough that driving out for one vehicle makes no sense, so we run planned days there with several bookings and give everyone a firm window.
