What happens next
- STEP 1
We confirm a window
Usually within a couple of hours during service hours, by text unless you ask otherwise.
- STEP 2
We arrive equipped
Manufacturer-spec oil for your engine, a premium filter, drain equipment and spill mats.
- STEP 3
Thirty to forty minutes
Including the 21-point inspection and fluid top-ups. You do not need to be present.
- STEP 4
Report and payment
A digital vehicle health report, payment once the work is done, and the old oil leaves with us.
Booking questions
How far ahead do I need to book?
In Barrie and the surrounding townships, often the same day if you call in the morning. For Orillia, Alliston, Bradford, Wasaga Beach and Collingwood we run scheduled route days, so a few days of notice gets you a firm window.
Do I need to be there?
No, as long as we can reach the vehicle and have agreed in advance how to get the keys. Plenty of people book us for while they are at work or asleep after a night shift.
How do I pay?
At the end of the visit, once the work is done and you have the report. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when you book.
What if I need to cancel or move the appointment?
Call or text as early as you can and we will move it. There is no charge for rescheduling, and none for a weather cancellation from our side either.
